Emanuel Ungaro (1933–2019) was a French-Italian fashion designer celebrated for his bold, sensual designs and innovative use of color and prints. He launched his eponymous fashion house in Paris in 1965 after apprenticing under Cristóbal Balenciaga and working for André Courrèges.

This beautiful dress dates from the 1990s.
