1970's gold lame and heavily sequinned long coat dress by Frank Gover?

This is a ‘one off’ Model Gown by Frank Govers.   Frank Govers 1932 -1997 Amsterdam Holland Couturier. Opened his shop in 1959-1964 Known for his bohemian chic characterized by exuberant colours, excessive fabric use and embroidery.  This is an exceptional piece and would grace any stage or catwalk.
